Tenement forms and information guides

The tenement forms in this section are approved under the Mineral Resources Development Act 1995. Forms are updated periodically and MRT advises clients to always ensure that they are using the most recent version of a form.

Currently forms are available in .pdf format.

Once a form has been downloaded it must be printed and completed by hand.

Tenement Administration accepts scanned attachments to emails at the following address:
