The groundwater prospects at three localities in the Carlton-Dodges Ferry area were investigated. Small quantities of groundwater are probably present in cover sands. It is recommended that test pits should be excavated at each site. If suitable groundwater in encountered, wells are considered to be the most suitable means of extracting the groundwater.
