Two proposed road routes were briefly inspected near St Marys. Small slope failures in granite talus may cause problems with one of the proposed routes. High stream peak discharge will also affect road design. Generally, no serious geological problems exist along most of the proposed route which follows the coast from Falmouth to Chain of Lagoons.
