Annotation
The area investigated contains large amounts of groundwater. The most favourable area is the aeolian and marine deposits east of the caravan park at Greens Beach. Reserves are established at 1.5 million cubic metres of water. The groundwater should be extracted by spear bores spaced in a radial arrangement around a single centred pump, jetted to a depth of at least 7 m, and spaced no closer than 10 m apart.
