Annotation
The proposed house site is considered stable. Foundation conditions should be tested by digging test pits. The site should be permanently drained by a french drain upslope from the site. The southern part of the property is suitable for a water bore. The bore is expected to be low yielding (10-20 l/min) and the water quality is expected to be suitable for gardening, stock and irrigation.
