Annotation
Shallow drilling identified two saturated units, but these are too fine grained and of too low permeability to be useful aquifers, except in isolated pockets. Neither is capable of usefully supplying the quantity of water required by the golf club. In addition, the water salinity (up to 4000 mg/l) is too high for irrigation of greens and fairways.
