Tea Tree Point closed to all fossicking

Tasmania Parks & Wildlife Service and Council wish to advise that Tea Tree Point is closed to fossicking for the foreseeable future

Tasmania Parks & Wildlife Service and Council wish to advise that, due to the presence of sensitive penguin rookeries and potentially contaminated material, the Crown Land surrounding Tea Tree Point, including the foreshore and beach to low water mark, has been closed to all fossicking for the foreseeable future.
