Part 3 of a study of the structural geology of northern Tasmania

MRT has released the third in a series of Geological Survey Papers (GSP)s dealing with the structural character of northern Tasmania.

Part three of this series: Structure of the Luina Obduction-Thrust Sheet, examines structural associations of relicts of the Luina Sheet in the Penguin-Sheffield area, and considers the implications of Luina Sheet structure for tectonic models.
