Rents Annual Rents (Including 10% GST) AUD

Rent is set by the number of 'fee units', defined under the Mineral Resources Regulations 2016. Treasury updates the value of a fee unit on an annual basis, determining the total amount of rent for leases and licences.

New rental structures come into effect on the 1st of July of each year.
