MRT farewells Steve Richardson

Steve Richardson retires after many years of dedicated service and Mineral Resources Tasmania wishes him all the best.

Steve has made a significant contribution to Tasmania's geoscience and exploration sector through his work with MRT and industry. Widely respected for his knowledge of Tasmania's mineral systems, particularly those of the West Coast, Steve has been a trusted source of geological insight for colleagues, industry and government alike.

Many geologists will know Steve through his longstanding involvement with exploration initiatives, including EDGI, and his commitment to supporting exploration and improving understanding of Tasmania's mineral potential.

While never one to seek the spotlight, Steve's knowledge, professionalism and willingness to share his expertise have left a lasting impact on both MRT and the broader exploration community.
